In an effort to remain true to our founders and original mission as the Boston Art Students Association (BASA), full time visual arts students (at the college level and higher) are encouraged to join Co|So, beginning with a Preliminary Application at no-cost. Once accepted, students pay an annual dues amount of $50 and are entitled to many of the benefits available to artist members at the gallery. To apply to become a Student Member, please complete a Preliminary Application and send along with four digital images of your work on CD.
Presentation: Digital images must be saved on CD as jpeg files of 300 dpi resolution (approx. size: 4x6) with file names in the format: "LastName_FirstName_Number_Title" (for example: Doe_John_1_TitleofFirstPiece). Three views of each 3D artwork are recommended. All images must be professionally presented: frames should not be visible, and colors should match those of the original piece as closely as possible

The twenty-first annual Student Show is a juried exhibition open to all art students in New England, aged 18 and over and enrolled full-time in a studio arts program at the undergraduate level. The jury will consider work from all genres and styles including photography, painting, print-making, and sculpture. Please review the criteria below for submission information.

Notification:
Artists whose work is accepted will be notified at the beginning of February. Drop-off dates for accepted works is: February 12-14. Unless otherwise requested, all submission materials will become part of the artist’s personal member file at Co|So.
Reception:
Thursday, February 18 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. The opening reception features the presentation of several cash awards and prizes.
