"Robert Pyle: Venice" at 29 Newbury

11 Dec – 01 Feb 2008
The Copley Society of art presents the photography of Robert Pyle at the elegant 29 Newbury restaurant. Enjoy an evening of fine dining and fine art at this stunning offsite exhibition. In this series, Robert Pyle captures both classic views of Venice's famous monuments, such as the Bridge of Sighs and Santa Maria della Salute, as well as unique glimpses into its intimate corners. Pyle manages to steal quiet moments throughout the city, peacefully free of bustling traffic and chattering tourists, presenting a remarkably private and romantic view of the "City of Water".
