Since 1879, the Copley Society has remained a self-sufficient, nonprofit arts organization. It may come as a surprise to you that the Copley Society, despite its longevity, has no endowment fund. As a result, annual financial needs have been met through members’ dues, artwork sales, special fundraising events, and donations from our supporters. Due to the recent severe budget cuts in the arts, we have relied upon patrons to support the exhibition programs and the educational outreach programming needs at Co|So. Please consider a tax deductible donation to the Copley Society of art.
Annual fund donations help support the ongoing mission of the Copley Society - to promote member artists and the visual arts.
Co|So's Building Fund contributes to necessary improvements to the 158 Newbury structure and the gallery itself.
Corporate Sponsorship provides necessary funds to mount exhibitions and initiate essential community programming.
Patron Membership offers an opportunity to help support the society while becoming more involved with the gallery, fellow members, and the arts community.
Planned Giving helps to ensure the continuation of Co|So's mission for future generations through bequests or charitable trusts.
