Internship Opportunities
Come and be a part of the vibrant and exciting community of artists and patrons at the Copley Society of Art in Boston.  Our internship program provides an unparalleled introduction into the world of art exhibition, promotion, and sales while also familiarizing interns with the general workings of a non-profit organization.
The Copley Society of Art hosts a trimester internship program for qualified college students and recent graduates. The internships are unpaid, but provide a thorough and exciting introduction into the world of art galleries and non-profit associations. Applications are accepted year-round.
 

Positions include:
Design and Media Services Intern
Put your skills to work designing show cards, catalogs, and web-marketing emails. Create advertisements for our exhibition and education programs. Maintain our list of press contacts and media outlets. Help promote the Copley Society of art through print and electronic media.

Gallery Administration Intern
Learn about the daily operations of a busy, popular non-profit art gallery - selling art, organizing exhibition jury sessions, interacting with artists and patrons. Projects will vary widely, from the planning and installation of upcoming shows to the maintenance of our directories of portrait and sculpture artists and the occasional foray into our archives at the Boston Public Library.
