Artist Process

All my portraiture is done from photos in my own studio. If there are current photos of the subject taken in natural light- no flashes- I will work from those, or I can arrange for the subject to come here or for me to go there. I have often used favorite photos that have been sent to me or photos of the subject that I have taken myself. My main requirement is that the photo be taken in natural light (no flash) and that I can see the subject 3/4 face even if I end up using a front face image

Artist Pricing

Veering somewhat from the tradition I prefer to do "head" portraits as you will see on the CD. This means I don’t do literal views of shoulders, full body or torso. This simplifies pricing as well. My chosen size is a 20" x 16" canvas and my price is $1150.00.
