Artist's Process

Dianne begins the portrait process by meeting with the sitter in person to discuss the composition, size, medium and style of the frame to be used.  She also will set up a schedule with the client for sittings, then providing an estimation of how long the portrait will take to be completed.  Dianne is not opposed to working from photographs, especially in commissions involving children or pieces that are particularly large.  Dianne is amenable to assist the client in picking out a frame for the piece, and can also provide a frame for the piece at an additional cost.

Deposit Requirements

50% of the total price is due prior to starting the painting. The rest is due upon completion.
